Bhopal: A drunken man set ablaze two vehicles in Shahjahanabad area on Monday night. The accused was apprehended by locals and was handed over to cops after he tried to run away. According to Shahjahanabad police, the accused Sheru was drunk at the time and after setting the vehicles afire, he tried to run away with his friend but he was caught and handed over to police. His associate however managed to escape the clutches of locals.
Police said incident occurred near Shahjahanabad multi at around 10 pm when locals spotted flames in the area and when the reached there they found two vehicles including a four-wheeler in flames after which they saw the accused running from the spot. A case has been registered in the matter.
