HOSHANGABAD: At a meeting organised at the collectorate’s Reva auditorium, collector Avinash Lavania did department-wise review of the disposal of applications received under CM Helpline Scheme. He said a large number of CM Helpline applications and of public grievances cell were pending. Serious efforts should be made to dispose of the applications in time. Any carelessness in this matter would not be tolerated. He said show cause notices would be issued to all officers who fail to dispose these applications within the prescribed time limit.
All the departmental heads were asked to put up reports regarding disposal of cases by their subordinates. District panchayat CEO PC Sharma, ADM Manoj Sariyam, SDM Ritu Chouhan and other officers were present on the occasion. The collector said the pace of disposal of applications had picked up since February. However, the performance of lead bank manager, agriculture and education departments was not up to the mark.
