Bhopal: BJP to fight against sexual offenses against girls with mohalla-samitis

BHOPAL: BJP will fight against sexual offenses against girls with constitution of Mohalla-Samiti by raising awareness in public. BJP has demanded direct capital punishment for accused in sexual offense with girl child.

Ex-Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chaohan inaugurated office of Beti Bachao Samiti at New Market on Tuesday in the presence of mayor Alok Sharma among others. BJP will form mohalla-samitis to fight crime against girl in the state. On July 7, there will be massive demonstration in state capital.

Mayor Alok Sharma said, “We have launched a drive against sexual assault with girls. We have opened office of Beti-Bachao Samiti which is totally non-political organisation to fight against sexual offenses like rapes and other sexual offenses. We have demanded direct capital punishment for accused. With the help of administration and public awareness we will curb the sexual offenses.”
