Preparations for notification for recruitment of about seven thousand posts of teachers varg 2 has been finalised by the school education department. It is likely to appear this week confirmed sources. School education department has decided to recruit about 40,000 teachers in phases. Professional Examination Board (PEB) has already released the first advertisement to induct 17000 teachers. Last date for application is September 25.
Around 10 lakh BEd and DLEd pass outs and around eighty thousand guest teachers in MP have been waiting for the recruitment for several years. The school education department that falls short of teachers by more than one lakh in number had decided to recruit teachers in large numbers.Sources from school education department confirmed that it would be the last notification for recruitment of teachers as model code of conduct could be implemented in first week of next month.
