BHOPAL: A 46-year-old man was attacked over old enmity at Barkhedi under Jehangirabad police station. Three miscreants who had attacked are absconding.
According to police, the victim Ameen, 46, son of Haseen resides at Barkhedi Patra. He was attacked by three miscreants while he was outside his house in the evening and was rushed to a nearby hospital where his condition is reportedly stable.
In the initial investigation police found that the victim was abused by his neighbour Nasir, when he went for the evening walk along with a six-year-old boy. When Ameen opposed Nasir attacked him with a sharp edged weapon injuring him in his neck and before the victim could understand Nasir’s accomplices Ubez Churi and Mansoor joined him and attacked the victim in his hands and other body parts.
The miscreants are absconding. The victim was discharged after providing treatment from Hamidia hospital.
