BHOPAL: Three people had died and other nine have injured in the group clash into the land dispute, occurred under the Barela police station of Raisen district on Thursday night.
The SP Raisen Monika Shukla informed that on Thursday in village Dudadeh groups of two communities came face to face on a land dispute.
Both the communities are claiming that they are having the right over the land. At night allegedly people of one community assaulted those of other with lathi and other sharp edged weapons.
Raju Singh, Raja Singh were present at the land and driver Mohan Dhanak was driving the tractor. Meanwhile people from other community assaulted them.
The injured where first rushed to public health centre from where they were referred to the Bhopal Hamidia hospital.
Three persons: Raju Singh, Raja Singh and Mohan Dhanak died on the way to Bhopal. Other five persons: Rajesh Singh, Raja Singh, Sanju Singh, Narendra Rai and Rajkumar have been admitted in the Hamidia hospital.
The police have registered a case against the nine accused of the case including Vishnu, Govind, Munna under sections 307,147,148 and 149 and other relevant sections of IPC.
The SHO informed that four people of other community fled from the spot where undergoing treatment in the District Hospital of Raisen. They have been detained.
