Bhopal: 2 kids post teacher’s pic on social media, booked

Bhopal: The state cyber cell has booked two minors for putting morphed images of their teacher on social networking site. They were students of a convent school in Habibganj. They were miffed at her as she had reprimanded them for not studying. They have been by expelled by their convent school in Habibganj area.

A woman teacher had filed a plaint with Misrod police a month ago as after seeing her morphed images. Following her plaint, the FIR was transferred to cyber cell. Police found that the fake account used for circulating these images was used in Misrod.

The accused were identified as two students of the school she worked with. After being quizzed, they revealed that they were angry as the woman had been reprimanding them over studies in front of other students. Superintendent of police (SP) Cyber Rajesh Singh Bhaduairya says that the involvement of minors in such crimes is a matter of concern. Their case will be put up in the juvenile court, he added.
