Bhopal: 1,000 assurances given in Assembly still unfulfilled

BHOPAL: As many as 1004 assurances, 600 incomplete replies, 428 Public Accounts Committee reports and 45 resolutions are still pending with the government for implementation. This came to the fore during review of pending cases, done by chief secretary Basant Pratap Singh, related to state Assembly.  Revenue department has the highest number of pending cases. Singh instructed all the departments to dispose pending cases. He said the replies to questions related to Zero Hour should be sent to Assembly Secretariat in time. He asked the officers to ensure that the meetings of departmental advisory committee are held timely.
