BHOPAL : The long awaited appointments against the vacant posts of aldermen and other organisational post may soon be made, as the organisational general secretary of BJP has instructed the newly posted district presidents to send the names before the last day of the month. A meeting was organised by the Bharatiya Janta Party regarding the ‘Aajivan Sahyog Nidhi’ issue, on Sunday.
The organisational general secretary Arvind Menon had set the target to all the newly-appointed district presidents to select the names of the alderman for the local bodies like municipal corporation, civic bodied and others. Including the Janbhagidari committee members name up to 31stof January, not only this, they had constitute their own district body in the given time.
The new presidents and the former presidents will have the responsibility to select the names.
In the meeting the chief minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan shared his experiences of his recent visit to Singapore and informed them about the schemes of state run programmes. He had presented the zero percent loan scheme for the farmers, Rs 1 per kilogram ration to SC/ST and other deprived families and after allocating the loan of Rs 1 lakh and in return to get Rs 90,000, the people of the island were amazed after hearing.
The state president Nand Kumar Singh asked the district presidents and other office-bearers of the party to collect the Aajivan Sahyog Nidhi before February 11.The current year target is to collect the amount of Rs 8 crore, in the previous year the party had collected Rs 5.20 crore.
