Kukshi : During a joint anti-encroachment drive of administration, police and Nagar Panchayat, a large scale illegal constructions were removed here on Friday. the anti-encroachment drive began in-front of Nagar Panchayat office and after removing illegal constructions of that area, continued till Silkua Road and in-front of SDM residence.
One more team anti-encroachment drive, razed the illegal constructions of Cinema Chowpati, Dhar-Chikhlada road and Vijay Stambh area. Many illegal kiosks were removed during the drive from these places. During the drive, at many places, the encroachers indulged in dispute with the anti-encroachment team members.
During the drive, an illegal kiosk fell down on a member of drive team. Immediately he was rushed to hospital. At some places the administration removed illegal constructions forcefully. The anti-encroachment teams were comprised with SDM Rekha Rathore, SDOP SPS Chaudhari, Tehsildar BS Kalesh, CMO Shivaji Arya, police station in-charge Niraj Sarwan and various other administrative and police employees were also present.
