BHOPAL : The Kamla Nagar police arrested eight members of a thieves’ gang on Wednesday evening. They were wanted in three separate incidents of thefts at Kamla Nagar area.
According to TI, Kamla Nagar police station, Ashish Bhattacharya, a number of theft cases besides the three cases of their direct involvement would be worked out after the arrest of the burglars’ gang. Four of them are minors, while two are women and two others are men. They were wanted in three incidents of burglary. Cops also recovered booty worth around Rs two lakh from the possession of the arrested accused. Cops are interrogating the accused for more details of thefts with the help of women’s police. Police said that they are also interrogating the accused to know their modus operandi with the help of children and women.
