BHOPAL : State government on Friday transferred 17 IAS officers along with posting new collectors in Singrauli, Damoh, Badwani and Sheopur districts. The government also changed commissioner for higher education and commissioner, Rajya Shiksha Kendera (RSK).
Ashish Shrivastava, commissioner RSK has been shifted to Gwalior as a member of Revenue Board. Dipti Gaur Mukherjee, commissioner-cum-MD, handloom Development Corporation, has been posted in RSK.
Smita Bharadwaj, CEO, National Employment Guarantee Scheme, has been transferred to Indore as MD, MP Finance Corporation as MD. JN Malpani, commissioner, Scheduled Caste Welfare Department has been posted in scheduled tribe Welfare department.
Sachin Sinha, commissioner, higher education, has been transferred to sports and youth welfare department as secretary. Umakant Umarao, commissioner, Scheduled Tribe Welfare Department, will replace him in higher education. He has been given additional charge of project director, RUSA.
Sanjeev Kumar Jha, secretary, panchayat and rural development department, has been appointed commissioner, scheduled caste welfare.
Amit Rathor, secretary, sports and youth welfare and secretary, sports and youth welfare (additional charge) has been appointed secretary, finance again with additional charge in institutional finance. Rathor has earlier handled the charge in finance department.
Pannalal Solanki, deputy secretary, school education, has been posted new collector of Sheopur. Collector, Singrauli, Raghuraj MR, has been appointed CEO, National Employment Guarantee Scheme, in Bhopal. Shriniwas Sharma, deputy secretary, labour, has been posted collector Damoh.
GV Rashmi, who returned from mid-career training, has been posted director, handicraft and MD, handicraft and handloom development corporation. Sanjeev Singh, who also returned from mid career training, has been appointed controller, government printing press and Executive director, disaster management institute with additional charge.
Ajay Singh Gangwar, deputy secretary, scheduled caste welfare department, has been made Badwani district collector. Ravindra Singh, collector Badwani, has been transferred to Bhopal as deputy secretary. Dhananjay Singh Bhadoriya, collector, Sheopur has been appointed secretary, MP Board of Secondary Education on the place of present secretary Shashank Mishra, who has been appointed Singrauli district collector.
After the effect of the transfers, KC Gupta, labour commissioner, Indore, will leave additional charge in MPFC. Vivek Agrawal, commissioner, urban administration and development, will leave the additional charge in institutional finance. Similarly in Disaster management institute, Rajesh Mishra will leave the additional charge after Sanjeev Singh taking over charge at new posting.
