Driving a McLaren 570S Coupe is an exciting experience in itself. But, the British carmaker has decided to step this experience up a notch. McLaren has announced its first ice-driving experience – Pure McLaren Arctic Experience. This will take place 320km into the Arctic Circle in one of the most expansive winter-testing facilities in the world. This event will take place from January 15 to February 3, 2017. The event will comprise of groups of up to 14 guests who will enjoy a three night stay in the former home of the President of Finland from where they can witness the Northern Lights.
A team of professional driving coaches from McLaren are working with a renowned winter testing facility – Test World, in Ivalo, Finland. This experience is aimed to provide a varied ice driving experience to the customers. Guests will experience the McLaren 570S Coupe on a variety of track configurations on both ice and snow surfaces. Along with the driving experience, there will also be winter activities like husky safari and snowmobile expedition. Transfers from Ivalo Airport to JávriLodge (stay area) are included in the package.
You can’t really put a price on such a thrilling experience but it seems like McLaren has. This mega experience in Ivalo, Finland, will cost you £12,500 (Rs 10.22 lakh, approx) per person. Good news is that this event is open for drivers and non-drivers, McLaren owners and non-owners and will be the first Pure McLaren activity of 2017.
