Prime Minister Narendra Modi at 56th convocation ceremony of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami and Dy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam were also present.
