SANGAM: It was a confluence of a different kind: Two men at two ends of the spectrum, Amitabh Bachchan and Raj Thackeray, came together on the dais for the first time in almost five years. Relations between Bachchan and Thackeray went for a toss after the former agreed to become brand ambassador for UP.
The relationship deteriorated after Jaya Bachchan stirred a controversy saying that she was from UP and that people in Maharashtra should excuse her for speaking in Hindi. Burying the hatchet, Raj said on Monday that whatever happened in the past “has been immersed in the Ganga”
