Lok Sabha elections 2019: BJP’s Mumbai North East candidate Manoj Kotak slammed by public while campaigning

Mumbai: BJP-Shiv Sena alliance candidate Manoj Kotak on Thursday was slammed by the public while he was campaigning. Soon after the incident, a video went viral. In the video, Kotak along with his party workers are seen being criticised by an angry mob from the North East constituency. People were found lambasting Kotak and challenged him for an open talk.

However, the angry voters lambasted Kotak for running away from the situation and not listening to their issues.  Grabbing this opportunity, Kotak’s opponent from the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) immediately started a WhatsApp campaign with a tag line ‘They rejected the BJP, what about you?’ —Staff Reporter
