Satwas: Former cabinet minister and Congress party candidate from Khandwa – Burhanpur Lok Sabha seat Arun Yadav praised his party’s manifesto saying that it was prepared from the public’s point of view and on the basis of reports of the survey conducted. He was present at the party headquarters during the announcement of the release.
He said that the party will prioritise sustainable development, minimum wages and minimum support prices for the farmers. He added that the party has ensured 22 lakh jobs for the youth within one year of coming to power and will spend six per cent of GDP on education and three per cent of GDP on health care. Yadav started touring from Thursday. He covered a part of Bagli and will be visiting Satwas and adjoining villages on Friday. He will be accompanied by district Congress president Bhayam Holani and other senior leaders.
