Indore: Police team brought Rohit Sethi, the alleged mastermind in Sandeep Tel murder case, to the city from Dehradun on Tuesday. He will be produced before the court on Wednesday.
Sethi was arrested from the bus stand in Dehradun by local police with 112 grams charas on Monday. He was booked there under NDPS Act and police later informed Indore police about his arrest. A city team reached there and brought him city in flight on transit remand on Tuesday around 2 pm.
It is said that Sethi was on the run after the murder of Sandeep Agrawal alias Sandeep Tel on 16 January, 2019. The police had arrested Sudhakar Rao Maratha in connection with the same from Rajasthan.
Maratha allegedly confessed that Tel was killed by his shooters. Police also came to know that Sethi was involved in the murder case. Since then, he was being searched.
