Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Positive thoughts and positive mindset are the biggest assets of people in present age. Archana Sharma, a thought technologist, is offering free counselling sessions to this effect.
“I first thought of offering free counselling at national level. Then, I thought of starting with Indore in order to better manage the system. And kept the name of this service as - Healing Indore,” she said.
Healing Indore was launched recently wherein a group of volunteers provide free counselling sessions. “Before healing Indore, I was counselling people. In last 3 months, I counselled more than 55 people on managing stress through difficult times,” Archna said.
She is helping people to heal from sadness and loss of loved ones. “There are misconceptions related to positive thinking. So, people miss to reap its benefits,” Archna said.
The group has planned to give counselling telephonically. “We will give people an easy and very effective healing therapy to follow and practice,” Archna said, adding that counselling will be available in Hindi and English.
“In such difficult times, when people are helping with oxygen cylinders, medicines etc, I have decided to help by lifting them, mentally,” Archna said.
