Indore: In view of Lok Sabha Elections- 2019, Collector and District Election Officer Lokesh Kumar Jatav has appointed Nodal officers for conducting elections and the smooth functioning of the poll work. The staff of these officers will also pitch in.

The task of forming polling parties and counting teams and appointment of sector officers and micro observers is given to Joint Director Planning JP Parihar. Similarly, electronic voting machine first label checking, randomization of electronic voting machine, keeping electronic voting machine in police custody etc.

has been entrusted with Deputy Collector Sunil Jha. The responsibility of acquisition of vehicles and allotment to the vehicles used in the election process, the delivery of petrol and diesel has assigned to Additional Collector BBS Tomar.

The responsibility for training of polling parties and presiding officers and training of electronic voting machines has been entrusted with the Chief Executive Officer of IDA Vivek Shotri. Similarly, Sandeep Soni, Additional Commissioner of IMC has been given the responsibility of ensuring the departure of polling parties on day before polling and also depositing the polling materials.

Similarly, the responsibility of effective implementation of the Act of Defacing the Properties in urban and rural areas has been entrusted to IMC Commissioner Ashish Singh. Same responsibility for rural areas is given to CEO of Zilla Panchayat Neha Meena. The work of coordination with expenditure accounting and expenditure observer has been entrusted with Additional Collector Ajay Dev Sharma.

Similarly, providing information related to election to all observers, the responsibility of arranging a Liaoning officer has been entrusted to the Deputy Collector Rakesh Sharma. Similarly, the responsibility of determining vulnerability mapping, critical polling centers and police training has been entrusted to Additional Superintendent of Police Manisha Pathak Soni. Similarly, the responsibility of matching the ballots with diary of presiding officer has been entrusted with the joint director,

Finance and Commercial Tax Ajay Avasthaya.The responsibility of the whole system of voting with Electronically Transmitted Postal Ballot System (ETPBS) has been entrusted with the Deputy Collector Anshul Khare. The responsibility of training of information cell and videographer and arrangements related to media personnel has been entrusted to the CEO of Jila Panchayat Neha Meena.

The responsibility of appointment of central tabulation and tabulators and operators has been entrusted with District Information Officer (DIO) of NIC Sunita Jain. Similarly, under the SVEEP plan, the responsibility of providing fundamental facilities for voting awareness campaign and polling centers has been entrusted jointly to IMC Commissioner and CEO of Jila Panchayat.

Similarly, the responsibility of the conducting mock poll is given to District Women and Child Development Officer CL Pasi. The responsibility of the maintenance of EVM machines in the Strong Room is given to District Treasury Officer NR Vivalkar. Similarly, the counting of votes on the counting day is entrusted to Additional Collector Bhavya Mittal.

Project Officer Urban Development Pravin Upadhyay has been entrusted with the responsibility of distribution of admission cards to officers and employees appointed on the counting day. Likewise, the responsibility of arranging food for officers and employees appointed on polling day and counting day is given to District Supply Controller L. Mujalda. The subordinate staff of these officers will help on them.
