Indore: The revision of voter list for Lok Sabha elections is underway and people who want to make corrections have just nine days left to act. Those seeking corrections are required to visit their polling booth and contact booth level officer (BLO) who regularly sit there during office hours.  The applications can be submitted to BLO for corrections to be made in the voter list

All those who have completed 18 years of age on January 1, 2019, are eligible to add their name in the voter list. These will be known as the new voters. People whose names have been left out can submit form 6 (with photo, address proof, age proof documents) to the BLO to add their name to electoral roll. Similarly, mistakes in voter identity card can be corrected through form 8. Deputy district election officer Ravish Shrivastava said this is the last opportunity to add or modify names from the voter list before Lok Sabha elections.
