Indore: Bharatiya Janta Party on Saturday lodged a complaint against district collector Lokesh Jatav with chief election commissioner, New Delhi, for being biased towards it. BJP also demanded that Jatav be transferred to the district where election has taken place.
The complaint was lodged by party leader Mukesh Singh Rajawat and legal advisor Pankaj Wadhwani in which they stated that BJP had lodged a complaint against sports and youth welfare minister Jitu Patwari for violating model code of conduct by luring people to vote in favour of Congress candidate. “We have submitted the proof with our claims but Jatav has not taken action. It is clear that he is working with bias. This raises a doubt whether he will conduct impartial elections in the district,” complainant stated.
