Encroachments removed from Indore-Mhow road

Mhow : After a long silence the local administration performed a big anti encroachment action and displaced encroachments on high scale from Indore-Mhow road. The action was severely opposed but the administration did not stop.

Revenue department with heavy police force under the guidance of SDM Vijay Agarwal started the displacement action from Umaria to Kishangang. The action was opposed by people connected with BJP and Congress. Around 50 small and big size kiosks were displaced.

Kishangang to Pigdambar road edges had been encroached for around two decades under the protection of politicians especially near to Veterinary College. The College Dean Dr. Umesh Garg, through letters demanded the release of the land. MP Road Corporation also demanded the encroachment displacement since Rau Mandeleshwar Toll Road is under construction. Kiosks of Sarpanch, Janpad member, Panch and many high level people are displaced in the action. Tahsildar Tapish Panday, in charge Kishanganj A S Bais, Nayab Tahsildar Abhishek Sharma, Khan,Upmanyu and revenue and police force were present.
