Indore : After receiving the complaints from two different applicants during the Jansunvai on Tuesday, district collector P Narahari instructed to lodge FIR against the management of Ajay Chordiya run Pharmacy College and a coloniser of Sanwer.

During the Jansunvai at the collector office applicant Digvijay Singh Chouhan, son of Bhadur Singh, a resident of village Patharia Hat of Sagar district complained to Narahari that he had taken admission in the B Pharma course at Chordiya College of Pharmacy and also taken an education loan from Oriental Bank of Commerce Sagar branch for the same.

However, on non-availability of the hostel facility in the college, chairman Ajay Chordiya had asked him to take a room on rent and he will refund the hostel fees.

Digvijay said that he deposited a cheque of Rs 1.07 lakh in the college, but the college still neither provided him a receipt of the amount nor the hostel fee is refunded yet.

However, after making a complaint in the Jansunvai, Ajay Chordiya assured Digvijay that the amount of the hostel fee was deposited back to his bank account and also provided him with a photocopy of the fake cheque. But, later it was revealed that no amount was actually deposited in Digvijay’s account. The student also alleged that the chairman is continuously threatening and forcing him to withdraw the complaint.

The district collector instructed the SDM of the area to lodge a complaint against the college management.

In another case he also instructed to lodge FIR against the coloniser of Tirupati Colony of Sanwer. The residents of the colony had alleged that the coloniser Amit Kabdia promised them of providing all the amenities in the colony, but later refused to keep his words.
