Indore : An 11-year-old boy died during treatment at a hospital on Monday. He was admitted after he drowned in an underground water tank. Police have registered a case and are investigating the matter further.
It may be recalled that Shivraj Gaur (11) of Kirod Mohalla, Azad Nagar fell into an underground water tank on Friday. He was fished out by his aunt Vijeta and was rushed to Suyash Hospital.
However, when Shivraj did not show any signs of recovery, he was shifted to Aurbindo Hospital where he died on Monday during treatment.
According to the family, the mishap occurred when his mother was busy cooking and his aunt was helping his elder brother get ready for the school. Shivraj wandered towards the tank, removed the wooden plank covering it and fell into it.
