Truck crushes police officer to death

New Delhi: A 55-year-old Delhi Police sub-inspector was crushed to death by a speeding truck in the capital’s Alipur area. The driver was arrested from the spot. Hazarilal posted at west Delhi’s Bhalswa Dairy police station was on his way to Narela when he was hit and run over by the speeding truck from behind at a traffic signal.                  -Agencies
