Rain likely in Delhi Tuesday

New Delhi:  It was a cloudy Tuesday morning in Delhi and there is a possibility of rainfall in some areas of the city, said the Met Office.

“The sky will remain cloudy with light rain and thundershowers in some areas of the city,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

The day’s maximum temperature is likely to hover around 34 degrees Celsius.

The minimum temperature Tuesday settled a notch below the season’s average at 25.8 degrees Celsius.

The city received 2.7 mm of rainfall since Monday.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 78 percent.

Monday’s maximum temperature was recorded a notch below the seasons’s average at 33.4 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature settled a notch above the season’s average at 27.7 degrees Celsius.
