BJP workers in Bhopal thrashed a NCP worker at SD office for showing black flag to Pragya Singh Thakur. The video of the incident is going viral on social media, where BJP workers are hitting the NCP worker who showed the black flag to Singh during her road show. Pragya Singh Thakur is a BJP candidate from Bhopal and is contesting elections against Congress leader Digvijay Singh.
As soon as the video was out, Twitter users slammed BJP workers and Pragya Singh Thakur for the incident. On user wrote, ‘SDM ke office me mara. Says a lot about our law and order situation’ while another wrote, ‘Police is taking the one who is getting beaten up, not the ones who are beating that guy. That’s the state we are living in right now’.
Talking about Pragya Singh Thakur, she is one of the accused in Malegaon blast case and is out on bail. Earlier, in one of her rallies, Thakur allegedly claimed that her curse killed Hemant Karkare as he tortured her in jail. After that, she came under the radar of opposition parties and sparked a controversy.
