Panaji: Goa government will set up a cell which will reach to the families in distress, thereby preventing incidents of taking extreme steps or suicides, Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar said. “The government is reaching to maximum people through its social welfare schemes but there are isolated families where could not be reached out.
