Malkangiri (Odisha): One woman went missing and four others were rescued after a country boat capsized in Sileru river in Odisha’s Malkangiri district today, the police said.
The woman identified as Basanti Barik (40) went missing while her husband Jagannath and three other men swum to safety after the boat capsized in mid river following sudden rain and storm.
There were five persons in the boat, the sources said adding a search operation has started for Basanti.
