New Delhi: The Bhushan father-son duo is split on whether Kiran Bedi will make a better chief minister than Arvind Kejriwal. While the AAP founding member Shanti Bhushan gave a shining testimonial to Bedi and said her nomination was a “master stroke” of the BJP, his son Prashant seems to disagree. “He is a senior member, can express his opinion, but I do not agree with Shanti ji’s assessment.” Kejriwal, in turn, played down the comment, saying it establishes that there is internal democracy within the party. Shanti Bhushan also said, in due course, Kejriwal should be replaced as the AAP chief as he had moved away from the ideal of Swaraj or democracy. A panel of 300 founder members of the party would have to decide on it, he added.
