AAP to contest all LS seats in Rajasthan

Jaipur : The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Rajasthan will contest all the 25 seats in the forthcoming Lok Sabha election this year.

According to the party’s state unit chief Ashok Jain, the party has already enrolled one lakh members and it would launch a membership drive from January 10.
Jain said large number of
educated persons and persons of integrity are keen to become members and such people include lawyers,
university teachers, social workers and also those
running NGOs.
Jain said the party has no organisational structure and the first thing would be to set up a state
committee that would
undertake the
organisation work in various 33
districts of the state.
Jain said large number of those who have evinced keen interest to join the party are youth in the
age-group of 18 to 25.
He said, the party has asked those desirous of contesting the election to fill forms and give all the details about them.
The party will scrutinies the applications and the party’s central committee would decide on the candidates.
