Preparation Time – 15 minutes Cooking time – 6/8 minutes Quantity: Makes 6 cigarillos

Cigarillos

Ingredients:
l 100 gms of broccoli chopped
l 100 grams water chestnuts chopped
l Chopped spring onion ( 1 teaspoon)
l Chopped ginger (1 teaspoon)
l 1 galangal chopped (one inch)
l Light soy sauce
l Few fresh red chilli chopped
l Corn flour mixed with water
l Spring roll sheets cut in squares 6 pieces
l Oil 2 teaspoons
l Salt and white pepper

Method
In a pan, heat oil. Add ginger, spring onions, galangal, broccoli and water chestnuts. Sautee for 2 minutes . Add light soy sauce and fresh red chillies. Salt and white pepper to taste.
Assembling Take One spring roll sheet. Apply corn flour paste on the sides. Spoon the broccoli and water chestnut mixture at one end of the sheet. Roll it. Hold it from the side and roll again to form thin cylindrical spring rolls. Follow the same procedure for the other 5 sheets as well . Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Fry till golden Brown . Serve with fried sweet chilli sauce.
