Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh were the part of hit film Padmaavat and after that movie the news started around that the duo are not on talking terms and there is a cold war between them. However, now a video has surfaced online where the two are hugging each other, which proves that there is no tension between the two actors.

Along with Shahid and Ranveer, Padmaavat also starred Deepika Padukone. While the film was surrounded by controversies due to its content, the flick went on to become one of the highest grossers in Bollywood.

Meanwhile, Ranveer is currently basking on the success of his last flick Gully Boy that was directed by Zoya Akhtar. The film, that also starred Alia Bhatt and Kalki Koechlin, went on to gather a lot of appreciation from audience and critics alike.

On the other hand, Shahid Kapoor will next appear in Kabir Singh, a remake of the blockbuster south film Arjun Reddy. Kiara Advani, who rose to fame after MS Dhoni: An Untold Story, is playing the female lead in the film.
