Varun Dhawan has a tremendous fan following and day by day he’s gaining more popularity, thanks to his block buster movies. Currently the actor is busy with his mega project Kalank, and after that he is going to work with Remo D’Souza in ABCD 3 opposite Katrina Kaif.
But Varun’s fees for the movies have always been in news. According to BollywoodLife the actor is charging a whopping Rs 21 crore for the project.
If this is true, he becomes the highest paid next-generation actor. A source informed the portal, “Though Sui Dhaaga: Made In India and October weren’t exact money-spinners, there is no denying that Varun is the most bankable amongst the young crop of actors. The producers have agreed to the amount. This fee places him in a league higher than Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor.”
The shoot of the film will start in January 2019, and it will have five songs. Prabhudheva, Dharmesh Yelande, Punit Pathak and Raghav Juyal will also be in the film. If everything goes as per schedule, it will release next year in November. Meanwhile, Kalank is slated to release on April 19, 2018.
