Marvel is not seems to be slowing down, with the recent release of new Captain Marvel’s trailer and the effects of the Avengers: Endgame trailer still rippling through 2019, Marvel is certainly on the roll.
Recently, Marvel released the first trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home and we can sport an explosive Jake Gyllenhaal. Despite Thanos snapping him out of existence, young Peter Parker’s made it through for a sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Far From Home takes place after the events of Avengers Infinity war and because of the trailer we can assume that rest of the surviving Avengers will make everything OK. As the name implies, the movie will see Peter Parker and his friends as they take a summer vacation across Europe. According to the trailer we see Mysterio, played by Gyllenhaal, ruining their awesome trip.
In the beginning of the trailer we also see Aunt May and Peter Parker on the stage and in the next clip we see Happy Hogan flirting with Aunt May. Which is really confusing but we really hope to see a lot of awkward comedy between the Parker family.
Here’s the trailer
Apart from Tom Holland as Spider-Man the movie will also see Zendaya as MJ, Michael Keaton as Adrian Toomes, Marisa Tomei as Aunt May and Jon Favreau as Harold “Happy” Hogan. Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders) will also appear in the film.
Sony also released the first official poster of the movie.
