Shah Rukh Khan and Anupam Kher have been a part quite a few projects and we love their on-screen chemistry. However, their role in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge is still one of our absolute favourites. This on screen father-son duo had us falling in love with them all over again as they gave out major goals and honestly; their relationship was way ahead of their time. The two still manage to give out major goals as they engaged in a super cute banter on Twitter.
Anupam Kher is currently in New York shooting for his American TV show, Amsterdam. While Shah Rukh is in Mumbai, Anupam decided to send his love and prayers across the globe. He tweeted, “मेरे प्यारे @iamsrk !! बस ऐसे ही!! न्यू यॉर्क में तुम्हारी अचानक याद आयी। We have had some great times together. And then we all grew up!! Love and prayers always.????#DilwaleDulhaniyaLeJayenge” What has our hearts is the gif from the film where the two are seen doing their iconic handshake. Shah Rukh Khan replied to his tweet and it got better! “Arre nahi Daddy Cool! ‘Grow up’ hon aapke dushman. Hum dono ka dil to baccha hai ji. Come back home let’s start with snakes and ladders and we can move to making sand castles in the air. Miss you.” His reply is just heart-warming and there are no two ways about it.
