On occasion of Halloween, makers of ‘Amavas’ unveiled the first look of the film. The film directed by Bhushan Patel of 1920 Evil Returns, Ragini MMS 2 and Alone fame, starring Sachiin Joshi, Vivan Bhathena, Nargis Fakhri, Navneet Kaur Dhillon along with Mona Singh and Ali Asgar.

Horror films have been a part of Bollywood since times immemorial. From 1949 hit film ‘Mahal’ to the latest film ‘Tumbbad’ that released last month, this underrated genre has come a long way. While Indian filmmakers gradually delve further into the horror genre, adding onto the spirit of Halloween, the poster of ‘Amavas’ is so good that it scares you. It is spooky and mysterious at the same time.

The film was shot in London for a start to finish 40 days schedule. Produced by Viiking Media and Entertainment in association with Simply West UK and Weeping Grave the film is slated to release on 14th December.
