Rajeev Khandelwal to act in an Indo-Australian project

Rajeev Khandelwal has enthralled the audience for many years now. He carved a niche for himself with KAHIN TOH HOGA and later went on to host the famous SACCH KA SAAMNA and played a pivotal role in cult favourite Shaitaan.

Riding high on the success of his debut movie AAMIR and TABLE NO. 21, he`s all set to work on an International project and is all hush hush about it.

According to the sources, the movie is titled SALT BRIDGE. The ambitious project is being directed by Abhijit Deonath, an Indian origin director settled in Australia and also stars popular New Zealand actress Chelsie Preston famous for her shows, THE CODE and UNDERBELLY. She will play the lead in the movie opposite Rajeev. The movie will also star National Award winning actress Usha Jadhav in a prominent role.

The SALT BRIDGE makers were thrilled to have Rajeev on board as the character he is to portray will need to be proficient in his display. Rajeev outside the country has mass following, mainly in Asia, and is perceived as one of the versatile actors, who never fails to surprise his fans.

After auditioning many famous actors for the part, they zeroed it out on Rajeev. Usha remained as the first choice.

SALT BRIDGE will be shot entirely in Sydney and Canberra.

Rajeev has completed shooting for two movies post the release of SAMRAT & CO., and is currently readying himself to work for the Indo-Australian project.
