We met actor Akshay Kumar recently, who is surely one of the fittest actors the country has today. It’s known that being the fitness freak that he is, the actor follow a strict regime and follow a healthy lifestyle despite his hectic work schedules.
We thought of asking the super-fit actor, who was last seen on the big screen in the film ‘Baby’, to share his fitness mantra with his fans to which the actor candidly replied, “You know how 8-10 pack abs are made? Young boys these days get them in a jiffy in just three months. I think this is wrong. Even if you ask doctors you’ll get to know that it’s wrong and harmful scientifically. There are various things which start affecting your life. I hope people and youngsters realise this. I am not against body building, but it should be done the natural way. Experience the pain; experience the muscles when they are growing. It’s very wrong to get them instantly and people who take these short cut methods would regret it later because it is not right. Don’t use artificial things. Be natural. Come back to the natural way of living as our forefathers did. Don’t go for shortcuts, which are very easy, but you’ll pay for it in the longer run. Experience your muscle growth and enjoy the process.”
On being asked about the fittest actor in the industry according to him, the actor was quick to name Danny Denzongpa! “In Bollywood, I think Danny Sa’ab has fabulous health! Even at the age of 70-plus he looks really young and there’s a reason to it: it is because he eats natural,” said the actor.
