Eligibility criteria:
Completion of matriculation (10th class) from an accredited board with at least 50% marks (excluding extra subjects).
ITI Pass certificate in the relevant trade, issued by NCVT/SCVT.
Candidates must be at least 15 years old and not older than 24 years as of January 1, 2025.
Age will be determined based on the date of birth mentioned in the birth or matriculation certificate.

Fee Amount: ₹100
Exemption: SC, ST, PWD, and women candidates are exempt from paying the application fee.

How to apply:
Step 1: Go to rrcser.co.in, the South Eastern Railway's official website.
Step 2: Go to the homepage and locate the link for the South Eastern Railway Apprentice registration form.
Step 3: The application form will open when you click on the link.
Step 4: Complete all required fields, including the academic and personal ones.
Step 5: Cover the cost of the application
Step 6: Scan and submit the required files, such as the signature and photo.
Step 7: Get the application form for SER Apprentice in PDF format.
Step 8: Print the registration form for your records.
Selection process:
Selection will be based on a merit list created for each trade.
Trade-Wise Merit List: A separate merit list will be prepared for each trade, considering only the candidates who apply for that specific trade.
Calculation of Merit: The merit list will be prepared based on the percentage of marks obtained in matriculation (10th class). A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in matriculation is required. All subjects' marks will be considered for the percentage calculation, not just a specific subject or group of subjects.
