Indian Institute of technology IIM Roorkee has declared there JEE advanced result today June 14 at 10 am. Students can check their results on the official website of JEE Advanced jeeadv.ac.in. However, according to reports the website crashed not long after the results were declared.
Many students are not able to view the results page as it is showing server error. Many students took it to Twitter to address the issue. The website posted a notice saying: Due to some problem at the server end the Result Portal may take some time to restart. Kindly revisit after 4:00PM.
The JEE Advanced examination was held on May 27, 2019. The exams dates were postponed from May 19 due to elections. Kartikey Gupta Chandresh of Maharashtra has topped JEE Advanced 2019 from Maharashtra this year.
This is the second stage entrance exams for students for four years undergraduate course in IITs. The exams are conducted by seven IIT on the basis of rotation as IIT guidelines. There are about 11,273 seats available in 23 IIT institutes in India.
The students can also apply for admission in various institutes apart from IIT such as Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology, Rae Bareli (RGIPT), Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (IISc), Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) and six Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER).
