In compliance with Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with subsequent amendments, RITES Limited has announced significant changes in its senior management, the company on Tuesday announced through an exchange filing.

Prem Singh Meena as Vertical Head of the New "METRO Vertical"

Effective from November 1, 2023, Prem Singh Meena, previously holding the position of GGM/ES&T, has been designated as the Vertical Head of the newly established "METRO Vertical." This vertical was formerly part of the "Urban Infrastructure Vertical."

Madan Lal Meena as Regional Head NRPO, Gurugram

Madan Lal Meena, previously GGM/ES&T, has been appointed as the Regional Head NRPO, Gurugram, effective from October 23, 2023. This appointment is in place of N D Patankar, who has ceased to be among the Senior Management of the Company.
