BHOPAL : The family members of a woman created a ruckus following her death in JK Hospital in Kolar area, on Wednesday afternoon.
Acting swiftly on the information, police personnel from Chuna Bhatti and Kolar police station reached the hospital and intervened into the matter. They pacified the kin after which they went home. Meanwhile after preliminary investigation, the body of the deceased was sent for the post-mortem examination and a case was registered at Kolar police station.
According to Kolar police, 35-year-old Sangeeta, wife of Puneet Maan, resident of Saket Nagar, was brought to JK Hospital on Kolar Road for treatment of Hernia on December 7. she was due to undergo surgery on Wednesday.
Charan Singh Maan (father-in-law) and her husband Puneet Singh Maan alleged that on Wednesday morning before her hernia operation, attending doctors administered a wrong injection to Sangeeta following which she fell unconscious and after 15 minutes she died.
Following her death, the husband, in-laws and family members of the deceased started creating a ruckus in the hospital alleging that she was administered wrong injection and the negligence of doctors resulted in her death.
