Responding to media questions he said he was new to the BJP.
In a joint meeting of state-level office-bearers, National General Secretary Ramlal introduced Bhagat to everyone. He said Arvind Menon, an able organiser, has been assigned responsibility at the national level. He said Menon would continue to be associated with the Simhastha, bye-polls and organisation by touring with party organisational in-charge, State President, state organisational general secretary and state organizational general secretary, across all divisions in the state to promote party’s programmes.
Ramlal said we have to strictly abide by the traditions of the party organisation and keep ourselves away from ostentation. We have to focus on promoting the ideology of nationalism and public welfare. We should stress on expansion of party organisation and not on promoting felicitation programmes. He said change is inevitable and it should be accepted in the right spirit.
Party organisation in-charge Dr Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, congratulating Suhas Bhagat for his work efficiency, said Suhas has the ability to assess a person. He appreciated Menon for his simplicity and dedication.
