Section 144 imposed for Assembly session

BHOPAL: Collector and District Magistrate Nishant Warvade has issued order regarding imposition of section 144 of Indian Penal Code, 1973 to maintain law and order during Assembly session. The order would be effective in various areas from July 20 to 31. As per order, five or more persons would not be able to assemble at any public place in the earmarked areas. No person will either lead any procession/ demonstration or take part in it or conduct any meeting in the identified areas.
