Gandhwani : SDM Abhay Singh Ahoriya, Tehsildar GS Garhawar and BEO Veer Singh Rajput conducted surprise inspection of various schools of the development block on Friday and found many irregularities.
During the inspection, they promptly took stern action against the guilty.
For the misappropriation of funds done in the school of Kiradiyapura, where some corrupt employees used the allotted amount of lavatory and kitchen for their personal use, the joint inspection team have send a report to the collector regarding recovering of the amount and taking action.
Apart from that, in a school of Tadvipura, action was taken against a teacher for disrupting government work and misbehaving with the inspection team.
The team also checked the education level and smooth functioning of government schemes regarding distribution of uniform, scholarships, midday meal, caste certificate and books. They also directed to cut off the salary of absent teachers.
