Meghnagar : The MP State Mining State Corporation Limited has been driving the rock phosphate to losses. In case the mines allocated to the Kelkuan section remain closed for some more time, then two factories would be forced to shut down.
The government has been sleeping on the issue. The mines have been dysfunctional for the last ten years since then causing losses to the exchequer.
The factory owners have had losses worth crores, and this situation would continue if a first class engineer is not deputed.
It is to be noted that Kelgaon rock phosphate mines are spread at 37 hectares area. The local offices do not have any work as of now. The policy failure of the mining department as of now are resulting in losses to the government, owners of mines, and hundreds of labours.
It is because of this lackadaisical attitude Messers Krishna Phosphate Pvt Limited and AP India Biotech private limited have two factories which are non functional for the last two years.
