Bhopal: The Professional Examination Board (PEB) is going to conduct a uniform exam for various posts in the coming future. The candidates will have to fill only a single application form to take exam of many posts.
The director of PEB Bhaskar Lakshakar informed Free Press that the board has asked the government to approve the single exam for posts of same group and the general administration department has approved the pattern.
In the month of January the board will be going to organise the exams for the posts of assistant public relation officer, local bodies, labour inspector, deputy labour inspector, assistant grade-I, district manager, translator, divisional coordinator, district coordinator, block coordinator, industrial inspector, junior assistant, food security officer, drug inspector, library assistant and others.
The adopted pattern is that of the MP Public Service Commission, in which the students have to fill a single application and deposit same fees.
The PEB is also going to conduct the exams of same nature for police constable, forest constable, excise constable and forest constable.
This exam is also going to be conducted uniformly. The GAD has also approved the exam pattern.
The single application for several post pattern will provide relief to the candidates, as they have to fill many applications to take various exams. They have to deposit fess for the exams also.
The PEB will also to make elaborate arrangement to conduct the exams. The uniform exam will not only provide relief to the students and to the board as well.
