BHOPAL: MLA Jaivardhan Singh has been given ‘Adarsh Yuva Vidhayak Award’ in the 6th Indian Students Parliament held at MIT School of Governance in Puna. Union Minister for Urban Development Venkaiah Naidu and Ustad Zakir Hussain were present in the programme. Singh is one of the 16 MLAs selected across the country for significantly contributing to the society as people’s representative. He is the only MLAs from the state who has been selected for the said award.
Singh in his address said Indian Students Parliament has played a key role in establishing communication between youths across the country.
He said dairy products should be given promotion to boosting the income of the farmers.
He also invited MIT School of Governance, Dean, Rahul Karar to come to his constituency Raghogarh and contribute in its development.
